Civil & Family Information

The Circuit Clerk’s Civil and Family Division Customer Service is located in Room 136, on the first floor of the Judicial Center. Civil/Family Division assistance includes Arbitration, Chancery, Divorce (Children or No Children), Eminent Domain, Eviction, Family, Government Corporation, Guardianship, Law, Mental Health, Miscellaneous Remedy, Probate, Small Claims and Tax cases. 

Circuit Clerk assistance with Orders of Protection is located on the 3rd floor of the Judicial Center, in Room 353.
